Contribution To Society
He is a rotary club & a LIONs club member of Vapi and Valsad, apart from being active in Badminton & running Marathons, he has social cancer awareness program, where he has delivered over 320 lectures for tobacco deaddiction and woman cancer awareness along with holding various free cancer screening check up camps all over Valsad district in last 4 years creating awareness about cancer and done more than 300 free cancer surgeries and over 500 chemotherapies, through his Nadkarni Medical Foundation, for poor cancer patients.
For this, he was awarded twice – once by Dainik Bhaskar group – YOUTH ICON AWARD OF VALSAD DISTRICT 2014 AND BHARAT JYOTI AWARD AT DELHI BY INDIA INTERNATIONAL FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY 2015.
He is passionate about his work and surgeries and aims to reduce the incidence of cancer in Valsad district and has a vision to spread cancer awareness and help early cancer detecton across the district.
He invites like-minded people, to come forward and help this cause to make a huge cancer hospital project in Vapi by 2018 – a social venture that needs public support – for getting a radiation therapy and all cancer under one roof treatment at Vapi soon.
Treated over 40 patients with advance laparoscopy for free in Indo-Egypt Workshop Camp in July 2017.
Treated over 149 patients with advance laparoscopy for free in Indo-Egypt Workshop Camp in February 2018. Giving back to the society with 149 operations where operation worth more than Rs. 50 lakh was done free of cost.
Contribution In Training & Academics:
Selected as South Gujarat Zonal Representative at Gujarat surgeons association for 2017.
Has started his own training academy at VapiGynec laparoscopy since June 2016 and has already trained 6 students successfully for hands on lap gynec surgery.
Conducted an international level conference Millenium Update 2015, along with VOGS and Dr Purnima Nadkarni, which was a major success attended by over 600 gynecologists at Daman.
Organized an Internaonal Conference Called WORLDCON 2017 for general surgeons and Coloproctologists in Feb 2017, At Daman.
Organized Millennium Update Midterm Indo-Egypt workshop on Laparoscopy (TLH) in July 2017 and trained 2 Egyptian Delgates and 9 Indian Delegates.
Organized Millennium Update Midterm Indo-Egypt workshop on Laparoscopy (TLH) in February 2018 and trained 30 Delegates from Egypt, 2 Delegates from Dubai and 10 Indian Delegates .
